Bob Davis
CEO & President
Bob Davis leads VDI as the CEO & President. His experience as a father of a teen about to begin driving is as important as his 24 years of global experience in software and technology. Bob’s work experience provided him opportunities to live and work in infamous traffic areas such as Los Angeles, San Francisco and Atlanta and left him wondering, “How could technology help better protect everyone on our roads?”
Prior to leading VDI, Bob held executive officer positions in a variety of organizations large and small including Peakstone Corporation, iBEAM Broadcasting, Premenos Corporation, Sprint Communications and Southern Bell.

Andre Luongo
VP Field Operations

Vice President of Operations, Andre Luongo manages all aspects of operations, sales and marketing. An engineering graduate of the Georgia Institute of Technology, Andre has experience in a variety of roles including sales, engineering and marketing. He also founded a successful, multi-million dollar marketing business that is still running strong today.
Today Andre's goals and efforts are directed towards correcting what he sees as a major gap in driver safety: effective, real-world training.
Van Flanigan
General Manager Education

As General Manager for the Education Market, Van is responsible for introducing simulation to the teen market nationwide. Vehicle crashes are the #1 killer of teens but with proper training, they are preventable. Our goal is to advance driver training by integrating simulation into a well-balanced Driver Education program that includes behind-the-wheel, classroom, behavior modification training and parental involvement. Van works with legislators, school administrators and parents to promote awareness of and funding for 21st century driver training.
Van has spent 20 years in corporate sales and marketing winning top awards in both disciplines from Fortune 500 companies. In addition to extensive business expertise, Van has served in leadership and teaching capacities for a number of civic and school organizations in her native Atlanta.
Randy Rogers
Director Corporate & Channel Sales
After receiving his bachelor's degree from Louisiana Tech University in Ruston, Louisiana, Randy began his sales career in Texarkana, Texas with IBM's office products division 27 years ago. He has been in hardware and software sales and sales management ever since and now heads up VDI's corporate and channel sales effort.
Prior to joining VDI, Randy held sales management positions with Egghead Software, Lotus Development, iBEAM Broadcasting, and Peakstone Corporation.
Brad Francis
Manager Field Services/Technical Support
Brad brings more than 15 years of IT and Technical Support experience to VDI in his position as Field Services/Technical Support Manager. Among the roles he serves, Brad manages the Field Services department, where he oversees the
installation of all VDI systems and ensures focused customer service.
Brad's goal is to provide the highest quality technical services and customer care. He employs proven quality control methods to keep the process finely tuned, to meet customer demand and exceed customer satisfaction.
Meet the founders of Raydon Corporation

Don Ariel
Chief Executive Officer, Raydon Corporation
Don Ariel has spent his entire professional career in the simulation and training industry. Mr. Ariel started his career as a Field Service Engineer
for General Electric, installing the first tank simulators for the U.S. military in the mid 1980s. He founded Raydon with his partners Dave Donovan
and Ray Hockney (now retired) in 1988. At 25 years old Don began building the company that is now a leader in ground vehicle simulation training and technology. He continues to invest company resources to develop training and education solutions for improving highway and traffic safety for all highway users.
Dave Donovan 
President, Raydon Corporation
Dave Donovan, Raydon's President, oversees the company's financial picture. He oversees the Finance and Cost Management departments, which deal with cost and pricing issues and accurately forecasting future company revenues. Dave also oversees the Human Resources and Information Technology departments.
He began his career in 1984 as a field service engineer at General Electric Aerospace responsible for the installation, inspection, and maintenance of the Conduct of Fire Trainers. He was later promoted to a design engineer for Application Specific Integrated Circuits (ASIC) used in Image Generator equipment. In May of 1988, Dave, along with fellow GE employees Ray Hockney (retired) and Don Ariel, left GE and found Raydon Corporation.
Dave holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology. |
