Virtual Driver Interactive’s Awarded Competitive General Services Administration (GSA) Contract Has Been Extended - VDI announced its awarded contract from the GSA has been extended a second time. VDI’s contract number is GS-02F-0122W and is listed under the category - Mission Oriented Business Integrated Services (MOBIS). The contract will remain in effect until February 18, 2020 with an additional five-year extension possible.

“Maria’s Ride” aims to raise $300K to purchase driving simulators teaching young people how to become safe drivers. - The Maria Tiberi Foundation is having “Maria’s Ride” event on September 16, 2018 at 8:00 am. A procession of 300 cars will begin at Dublin Coffman High School and end at the Schottenstein Center on The Ohio State University campus. The event will raise money for advanced driving simulators to eradicate the epidemic of teen driving injuries.

U.S. Postal Service Uses VDI Simulators to Train Drivers – After the U.S. Postal Service implemented VDI’s Virtual HD program in 2015, they saw a 7% reduction in accidents in New York and have reduced crashes in Tampa as well.
